At Masseria Cantasole, a working olive farm dating back to the 13th century, you’ll step into a world of tradition, taste, and beauty. Explore our ancient olive groves—home to trees over 200 years old—and learn how extra virgin olive oil is made, from tree to table. Inside the historic masseria, Arianna, our certified EVOO sommelier, will guide you through a tasting of three award-winning olive oils, teaching you how to recognize the unique aromas and flavors of premium Puglian EVOO. Complete your sensory journey with a glass of local wine and a traditional Salento-style aperitivo, served in the charming courtyard of the masseria.
