Through a hands-on cooking class, you will learn the secrets of creating authentic Italian dishes, including handmade pasta.

The culmination of the experience is a mouthwatering lunch, accompanied by local wine, to savor your culinary creations.

Shop for the freshest ingredients and have the opportunity to shop for fresh ingredients for your cooking class. Meet your chef guide and first explore the bustling Rialto Market, known for its abundance of local produce, seafood, and spices. As you wander through the market, soak in the lively atmosphere and get a glimpse into the daily life of Venetian locals. Once at the chef's home, roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of Italian cooking you’ll be guided through the preparation of authentic Italian dishes from scratch. Start by preparing the tiramisu and learn how to combine the mascarpone and cookies. Depending on the season and the availability of produce you will prepare the second course of fish, parmigiana, or risotto. Discover the techniques on how to make authentic hand-made pasta, a staple of Italian cuisine. End your class by enjoying the fruits of your hard work, served with plenty of wine in a convivial atmosphere with music, and chat with your fellow participants.
