This fascinating tour of Rome guides you through the charming, famous neighborhoods of Trastevere and the Jewish Ghetto, dating back over two thousand years. Two of the best places to visit in Rome, with its bohemian heart. Tour the narrow and colorful neighborhoods of Trastevere, known for its vibrant nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. Visit some of Rome’s most important churches, including Santa Cecilia, the Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere, and San Francesco a Ripa. Later visit the Jewish Ghetto where we will visit the former walled quarter, walk past Jewish-owned businesses, visit kosher restaurants, and the Porticus Octavia, one of the most recognized landmarks in the ghetto. Finally visit the Ponte Rotto, the oldest stone bridge in all of Rome. Our knowledgeable and passionate guides will bring the city's past to life, making this tour a must-do for any visitor to Rome.
