You will find some exciting bugs on display that are edible, such as grasshoppers, crickets, coconut worms, and even tarantulas—of course, you are more than welcome to try them if you dare! All had been stir-fried in a sauce of spring onions, soy sauce, chili, garlic, and sugar. Afterward, you will continue to the Phum Num Banh Chok where you will try the authentic Khmer noodle with traditional soup or chicken curry soup.
