Dapur Usada has developed its own unique food philosophy - IndoVedic Cuisine. Our food blends the ancient Indian medicinal wisdom of Ayurveda, with the Balinese knowledge of herbal medicine known as Usada. Our kitchen offers slow cooked vegetarian dishes, made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
Our Jamu's are the family recipes of our staff, rooted in the traditions of Ubud.

- Explore the rich history and cultural significance of Jamu in Indonesian medicine.
- Discover the secrets behind selecting and combining healing herbs and spices.
- Learn step-by-step how to create three different Jamu blends.

Open in Google MapsThe Jamu Class is held at the first floor of Dapur Usada restaurant on Jl. Sugriwa 4 in central Ubud. Bike parking is available. Note that car parking is only available at the south end of Sugriwa street, a 12 minute walk from the restaurant. Car drop off is available.

Amazing Jamu class, with chef! And extra Jamu to go go home with, definitely recommend taking a class and having a lunch here for anyone who is interested in learning how to make a potent drink,,🍷 cheers

Jamu workshop 🥰👍
A nice experience and IAgus was very knowledgeable and sharing. I received three little bottles (to take away) of the different Jamu that he made, while instructing me. The café is clean and has a good energy and nice decor. All staff are friendly and happy. Laughter from the kitchen 😀❤️
