Back at the winery, taste a selection from our Premium Collection, comparing vintages and plots to uncover the essence of each microterroir. The experience ends with a wine-paired lunch on our terrace: a seasonal salad from our organic garden, local artisan cured meats, and your choice of a delicious paella or fideuà—surf and turf style—made with Pals rice.
