What You’ll Experience

Discover the true art of fine wine and fine dining with this immersive experience for two. During this experience, our host will provide guests with a deeper understanding of our philosophy and what it takes to produce wines and a dining experience at the highest level. Start your journey in our award winning cellar door surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. Here, our host will guide you through a wine tasting of our best premium and single vineyard wines. Following this, you’ll be given a tour through our high density Gabrielle vineyard; meander through rows of vines, learn about this unique vineyard, the nuances of cultivation and what it takes to craft the perfect glass of wine. After taking in the beautiful surrounds, enjoy a glass of Blanc de Blancs in the underground restaurant cellar. Complete your journey of discovery with a five course tasting experience in our two hatted restaurant paired with back vintage wines from Ten Minutes by Tractor and our award winning restaurant wine cellar. At the conclusion of your meal, you will receive a bottle of 10X Pinot Noir complete with personalised gifting to continue your journey of discovery at home.
