Welcome to our exclusive cooking school in Sorrento, dedicated to celebrating the queen of Campanian cuisine: mozzarella.


In this unique culinary experience, you'll immerse yourself in the traditions and secrets of one of the most beloved and versatile ingredients in Italian cuisine, right in the heart of picturesque Sorrento.


Under the expert guidance of our passionate chef, Michele Gargiulo, who has years of experience in mozzarella processing, you'll discover all the secrets to recognize, use, and pair this exceptional cheese at its best.


At the end of the lesson, you'll sit down in our dining room to taste the dishes you've prepared, accompanied by selected local wines that enhance the flavors of mozzarella and other delights you'll prepare.


This cooking school is not just a course but a journey through the flavors, aromas, and traditions of Sorrento. A culinary adventure that will stay in your heart.

What You’ll Experience

Preparation and tasting of typical Campanian mozzarella. Preparation of Scialatielli alla Nerano. Preparation of Limoncello tiramisu. Explanation and tasting of Limoncello. Tasting of local wines Falanghina and Aglianico (No limit). Welcome Prosecco with appetizers. Soft drinks and coffee.
