Escape to the Tuscan countryside for a romantic pasta-making experience designed just for couples. Hosted at a charming family-run farm near Florence, this semi-private class (max 4 guests) offers the perfect blend of authenticity, intimacy, and stunning scenery.


Together, you’ll learn the art of fresh pasta preparation using traditional methods and seasonal ingredients from the farm’s garden. Set in a cozy farmhouse kitchen and guided by a passionate local host, this experience feels like stepping into a slower, more beautiful way of life.


After your hands-on workshop, savor your handmade pasta over a relaxed al fresco lunch, perfectly paired with local wine — surrounded by olive groves and rolling Tuscan hills.


Round-trip transportation from Florence is included, making it a seamless and unforgettable escape crafted with couples in mind.

What You’ll Experience

1.Pickup in Florence and scenic drive to our family-run farm in Tuscany, where your host welcomes you and shows you around. 2.If you booked the morning/lunch class, start with a classic Italian breakfast of fresh cornetto and cappuccino or espresso, enjoyed in the peaceful farm setting. 3.Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making class. Learn to make fresh tortelli, ravioli, cappelletto, and tagliatelle using traditional methods. Prepare two classic sauces: butter & sage, and slow-cooked Tuscan ragù. Your instructor shares cooking tips and local stories. 4.After cooking, enjoy a tagliere di affettati — a board of local cured meats — while your dishes finish. 5.Sit down to enjoy the lunch you cooked, paired with local wine, soft drinks or water, dessert, and Italian coffee. Weather permitting, lunch is served outdoors with stunning Tuscan views; otherwise, inside the cozy farmhouse kitchen.
