Begin your class in a welcoming Sorrento kitchen with a glass of Prosecco and a tasting of grilled seasonal vegetables and locally produced cheeses. Then, under the guidance of a local chef, prepare a creamy tiramisù using rich Neapolitan coffee, mascarpone and chocolate chips.


While the dessert chills, roll out dough for handmade gnocchi or scialatielli pasta and simmer a classic tomato sauce from scratch. Next, prepare your main course: a seasonal vegetable Parmesan featuring fresh eggplant, courgette or artichoke layered with savory tomato and cheese.


Savor your handmade meal in a relaxed, small-group setting and leave with the skills to recreate these vibrant Southern Italian dishes at home.
