George Washington's Mount Vernon

Open 365 days of the year, Mount Vernon is the most popular historic estate in America. Over 85 million people have visited Mount Vernon since 1860, when the estate officially opened to the public. The estate, gardens, and farm of Mount Vernon totaled some 8,000 acres in the 18th century. Visit fully functioning reconstructions of George Washington's Distillery® and Gristmill, located 2.7 miles from the estate’s main entrance. Watch the mighty gears turning and the stones grinding at our Gristmill, where Washington produced flour and cornmeal. Within our functioning distillery, you can see where we make George Washington's whiskey. In 1799, it was one of the largest whiskey distilleries in America. Open to the public from April through October. Tickets are included with general admission. What's Included - Distillery And Gristmill Tour - 20% Off Tickets To Mount Vernon

District Made Spirits by One Eight Distilling

One Eight Distilling's Sandy Wood and Alex Laufer left their established careers to open a distillery, believing in the heirloom grains of the region, the neighborhood of Ivy City, and each other. After tasting the first batches of Abruzzi rye and malted rye, they realized taking that risk had paid off. The name District Made represents everything that the mid-Atlantic region offers. From traditional grains grown in Maryland and Virginia to the mashing, distillation, aging, and bottling all done in Washington, D.C. No matter what spirit you choose to enjoy from District Made, each proud pour comes with an exceptional taste thanks to the heart of rye and 'spice box' flavors. Republic Restoratives Distillery and Craft Cocktail Bar

We are Republic Restoratives Distillery. We celebrate an outspoken and disruptive attitude towards the production of quality American spirits. In life and business, we are inclusive but opinionated. We are founded by friends, women owned and led, funded by the community and unafraid of challenging convention. Working with us means betting on the underdog. We aren’t defined by being women-owned or crowdfunded but it’s the heart and hustle of our company What's Included - $5 Voucher For Purchase Of Bottled Spirits
