West End

West End Village is located on the northwestern end of Roatan. Often described as bohemian and somewhat of an enigma, West End is truly unique both in its layout and the people that call it home. Easily the busiest of the tourism hotspots, the village is a mini-metropolis of accommodation, restaurants, bars, lounges, scuba shops and souvenir/artist emporiums. Half the town is fronted by Half Moon Bay, a perfectly crescent-shaped, palm-lined beach; the launching pad for West End wall and it colorful marine life.

Coxen Hole

Coxen Hole -also known as Roatan- is the main city for business, government, and economic activity on the island of Roatan. The international airport is located at the exit towards French Harbor. There are also two main docks: the "cabotage pier" which is where international cruises dock, located in front of the Coxen Hole cemetery; and the "old pier", which was where the ferries from La Ceiba arrived.

Flowers Bay

Although there are not that many classic activities for tourists here in Flowers Bay, the community offers plenty of charm. There is the community basketball court where there is always a game going on. There is a footpath which runs along the ocean front road which is popular with walkers and joggers and you will find one of two small beaches which are very popular with local residents on the weekends. Flower’s Bay is an ideal destination for travelers who are looking for some peace and quiet and wish to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the bigger tourist towns.
