Experience Details

Wild & Fired BBQ School provides a fire-cooking experience in the historic Walled Garden within Brook Hall Estate & Gardens, overlooking the River Foyle in Derry City.


Experience Inclusions:


- Learning the history of the woodlands and rivers

- Learning to make your own fire and experience cooking a wood-fired meal together

- Taste and appreciate the difference that local, slow farming makes to Northern Irish produce

- Enjoy a smoky snack upon arrival along with a delicious lunch we’ll make together

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs
Gooey Dart Mountain cheese in the centre of chicken thighs wrapped in Grants streaky bacon with a boozy raspberry glaze made with Rough Brothers IPA

Dirty Moiled Tomahawks
Rare breed Irish beef tomahawks from Moyletra Moileds grilled dirty on the hot coals and served with flaky sea salt and a herby chilli mop dressing
