Discover the secrets of Lambrusco Grasparossa DOP and Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP. In our winery you'll learn about Lambrusco production and see first-hand how sparkling wine is made, you'll also discover other nearly forgotten native vines which we have brought back to fruition. Step into our Acetaia, where decades-old barrels hold aging balsamic vinegar. Learn the meticulous process from cooked grape must to long barrel aging. End your journey with a guided tasting, savoring three of our wines and three of our vinegars, paired with Prosciutto di Parma DOP and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Experience the passion, tradition, and craftsmanship of Emilia-Romagna's most iconic flavors.
