Wine, food and olive oil by PhD student

Join Dom, a PhD student, for a culinary journey in Dubrovnik. Taste award-winning wines, olive oils, and authentic dishes at top restaurants, discovering history and culture along the way.
Experience Details
Experience an epicurean adventure of the best Dubrovnik has to offer with a local expert. Dom will guide you in tasting locally produced olive oils, wines, and dishes at two of the top Dubrovnik restaurants (IG deliciousdubrovnik). No finger food or mass-produced products here. Dom is a PhD (student), winemaker and olive grower, with a passion for history.
Croatia and Dubrovnik offer enological and gastronomic products that have been recognized for their quality in the world's biggest competitions like Decanter in London (wine) and NYIOOC (olive oil). However, due to relatively limited production, sometimes they remain undetected by visitors.
You will enjoy not only the four most important wine varietals in the area paired with four dishes and a guided evaluation of two extra virgin olive oil but also the history and cultural context.
Feel the real Mediterranean experience while tasting the best things of the area and walking within Dubrovnik's monumental city walls.
