Experience Details
Fattoria Sorbaiano, a historic farm with a wine and oil production vocation, is located in Montecatini val di Cecina, in the DOC Montescudaio.
We organize oil and wine tastings and guided tours of the winery every day by reservation.
- Standard tastings: tasting of 3 wines accompanied by bruschetta dressed with our extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts and cheeses at zero kilometer
- Complete tastings: tasting of 4 wines accompanied with bruschetta dressed with our extra virgin olive oil, cold cuts and cheeses at zero kilometer; to finish taste of our famous vinsanto doc accompanied by traditional cantucci
