A French Wine Tasting with Seasonal Pairings in Lyon

After two years of collaboration with a Lyon cheese dairy, we’re opening our own tasting room in the city center. The venue is currently being refurbished — the photos are temporary — our first tastings will begin in September. Here’s what to expect: Discover 12 wines over a lunch or dinner tasting in Lyon. We love blind tasting, comparing wines in a calm, naturally lit space, and most of all — taking our time. This is your opportunity to explore and refine your own preferences across grape varieties, styles, and vintages. We open wines from the 1960s to today. This new venue brings together all the conditions we believe are essential to stir emotion through wine. Tastings are served in Zalto stemware and follow a 4-stage structure: – 3 sparkling wines – 3 white wines – 3 red wines – 3 special wines Each wine is served with a seasonal pairing — cheeses, charcuterie, smoked duck, truffle or fresh desserts — simple, high-quality products from regional artisans, generous enough to take the place of a full lunch or dinner. The wines we serve are selected during our regular travels through France’s wine regions, and the tasting is led by members of a Lyon-based wine club.
