Your host will guide you through each pour in a laid-back, unpretentious way. You’ll learn how to swirl, sniff, and sip with confidence, and get easy tips on choosing the right wine in Spain (or anywhere else). Then, we shift gears and explore Spain’s favourite summer spritzers: sangria, tinto de verano, kalimotxo, and more. Learn how to make them, taste different versions, and enjoy bottomless pours once you’ve nailed your mix. Throughout the session, you’ll snack on jamón, cheese, olives, and crunchy bits—classic Catalan aperitivo. With music, great company, and sunset views, this experience blends wine education with a proper rooftop party. This isn’t a tour or class.
