The visitor will know the varieties through the final product that will reveal the characteristics of the places as well as the personal touches of the winemaker offering a unique result

Oinoxoos house offers you an amazing wine tasting experience of all the native varieties of the Cretan vineyard, pairing with traditional food. The visitor of the wine tasting will taste all the Cretan wine varieties through the final product that will reveal the characteristics of the places. Wine Tasting. Tasting all the Cretan Wine varieties. 12 different wines (75ml per glass) Sparkling Wine: Romeiko White Wines: Vilana, Vidiano, Thrapsathiri, Plito, Dafni, Muscat of Spina, Malvazia Di Candia Red Wines: Liatiko, Kotsifali, Mantilari Sweet Wine: Naturaly sweet wine Pairing traditional food with wine Variety of Cretan aged cheeses: With breadsticks with sun-dried tomato & feta.
