What You’ll Experience

This experience offers you the opportunity to savor the authentic traditional flavor during a three-course lunch or dinner tasting 5 of our Diacceroni wines artfully paired with typical Tuscan dishes of our region. During this lunch or dinner, you will interact with our expert staff who will illustrate, in Italian and English, all the secrets and curiosities of winemaking: the growth of the vines, the artisan methods of processing the grapes and the role of wine in the traditional Tuscan cuisine, you will also get to know the techniques of cultivating the vine, of the vinification processes and the aging of wine. On request we offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menus. The menu may change based on seasonality and availability of products. To ensure your safety and satisfaction, please inform us of any food allergies or intolerances when making your reservation.
