こんにちは、アルバロです。これからオアハカの中心部への旅を始めましょう。最初の目的地はテオティトラン・デル・バジェ。ここでは、羊毛の染色と織物の伝統的な技術を守り続けている職人たちの協同組合を訪れます。次に、美しい山々とアガベ畑に囲まれた、私の故郷である絵のように美しい町、ミトラへ向かいます。私の文化と伝統を皆さんと分かち合いたいと思い、雄大なアガベ畑を散策し、アガベについて学び、メスカルに様々な風味がある理由を探ります。写真撮影や笑い声が絶えない楽しい時間になるでしょう！その後、家族経営の蒸留所を訪れ、製造工程を段階的に学び、情熱を込めてメスカルを造り上げています。最後は、様々な種類のメスカルを、美味しく本格的なオアハカ料理と共に味わいます。
ツアー中は、お客様のご要望に細心の注意を払います。お客様にくつろいでいただき、メスカルの旅を忘れられない思い出にしていただくことが私の目標です。
