Tour was wonderful - a great way to try several different types of sake from incredible local brewers. Yuko was fantastic - she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about sake and the local area. Her recommendations were spot-on, including her restaurant recommendation for post-tour dinner. My only critiques were that we didn't get enough time at each brewery, mainly because we had to be at one tour at a specific time, and also that the last stop (Nadagogo Sakedokoro) was closed for a priva...더 읽기
