We had a very nice and pleasing vegan sushi experience. I highly recommend this course since it shows a unique style of making sushi.

Excellent class. Wonderful and kind instruction from Aya, who also gave brilliant recommendations for the rest of our time in Kyoto! Would recommend this class to anyone.
