The glass-bead shot finish provides superior grip and a soft hand feel to prevent slipping. As an added food safety measure, the handle and blade have been welded to prevent the buildup of debris and bacteria, thus avoiding the ails of typical wooden handles. 18-cm Gryuto style blade.
