The blade itself is constructed from special molybdenum-vanadium steel for improved cut quality and lifespan. The handle is an 18-8 stainless Monaca handle with a glass-bead shot finish for a soft hand feel and slip prevention. A welded construction makes this knife bacteria and mold-resistant, and the all-metal construction makes it easy to clean and maintain.
