"Tatara no Kaze" is the first local sake of Hida made from a new variety of sake rice grown in Shimane Prefecture. This local sake was produced in collaboration with Yoshida Shuzo, a time-honored sake brewery located in Hirose, Yasugi City. Drinking this Junmai Ginjo sake fills the mouth with fruity and slightly sweet flavors. The initial crisp taste is then followed by a refreshing acidity. Contents: 720ml bottle
