We had the Hanazono course which was inclusive of 25 variety of nigiri and small dishes. Every single item was fresh and well executed with explanation of the type of fish. The seafood were amongst the freshest we have ever had. Service was impeccable. The price is considered value for money in terms of omakase in Japan. We fully enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend anyone considering it.

The shabu shabu course was really delicious and the service was perfect !

We had a wonderful evening at Shima. Service and food could not have been better. Meat had exceptional flavor, tenderness and moisture. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. At the end of the evening when our Uber did not show up the hosts insisted on staying with us to be sure we got a cab back to our hotel. We highly recommend this restaurant for the experience and the food quality.

Chef Kouichirou Shimura is a guide that leads you in a world of delicacy and amazing food. Great experience!
