We got very lucky and were the only 2 people who signed up for the day so we basically got a private sushi-making lesson. Hide (the teacher) was very kind, patient, easy to understand English and led a very calm experience class. The quality of the fish was amazing and Hide (pronunciation: He-day) explained what each fish was when it wasn't something classic like tuna or salmon. We had an excellent time learning to make sushi with Yukuhide, the class was very informative and fun and the sushi was delicious!

Yonemasa was super nice and explained very well the whole sushi making process. My 11 year old son and I got to make and eat 5 different type of nigiri sushi, a battleship sushi and maki sushi. He took pictures and videos that he sent us afterward. Overall amazing! Highly recommended.
