在东京世田谷的中心地带，体验日本茶道与甜点的艺术。这次亲身参与的活动包括和果子制作、茶道（茶道）和抹茶品尝。
由认证的抹茶大师永井先生带领，您将沉浸在一次结合学习、实践活动与品味精致抹茶和传统日式甜点的文化之旅中。
首先参加和果子制作工坊，亲手制作带有精美花卉设计的练切甜点。永井先生会在过程中指导您，分享这些精致甜点的历史、种类及其季节性意义。
接下来，观摩一次正宗的日本茶道。永井先生将演示抹茶的仪式化准备过程，展现日本茶文化中简约、专注与宁静的精髓。
然后，您将亲自尝试制作抹茶。学习如何准备一种温和的抹茶——薄茶，同时了解茶的细微差别、正确的礼仪以及其历史和文化意义。
