We absolutely enjoyed this great Lunch in a traditional japanese house. We can really recomend the food, the quite and beautiful location as well as the very friendly staff 🥰

We had an absolutely amazing time here. Every dish was superb, we were offered to try local delicacies and offered to opt out if things felt too adventurous (although we didn’t). Chef explained every course perfectly in English and made us smile all throughout. We have never experienced anything as amazing as this and I was in absolute awe watching each dish made up in front of us. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

My daughter is vegetarian and being able to have such an elegant, authentic meal in Tokyo without worrying about what she could eat was wonderful! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious.

Fantastic experience! Chef Ryotoku Shiba and his staff are the expression of perfection! The ambiance was warm yet elegant and sophisticated! Highly recommend this experience as the food was superb!

They accommodated my pescatarian request beautifully. A wonderful fusion of Latin American and Japanese cuisine, with each dish carefully narrated by the staff, which made the experience even better. The interior is very sophisticated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gastronomy or fusion experience in Tokyo.

Amazing food and experience. The chef was truly amazing, so talented and inventive, and the staff was excellent. This meal ranks in my top 10 (perhaps even my top five) of incredible dinners I’ve had. I wish I could eat here once a week. Truly superlative.

I really liked the food. It was a pretty nice course with a lot of different things to try. The small dishes at the beginning were a really nice start. I particularly liked the lotus root with bacon, plum and shiso. Personally, I really like the taste of plum, so it was really tasty for me. I also really liked the presentation with the seasonal autumn leaves. It looked really cute. The sashimi was fresh and tasty. I also want to mention the yuba because I hadn’t tried it before, and I really liked its texture and taste. The sushi was another thing I enjoyed. Each piece already had its own flavor, so I liked that you didn’t really need to add any soy sauce or anything else. I also tried tempura with matcha salt for the first time. I’ve eaten tempura many times before, but never with matcha salt, and I actually really liked this combination. The wagyu was really good too, especially the texture of the meat. I also really enjoyed the noodle soup at the end. The light yuzu flavor was really nice, and since I love yuzu, I personally enjoyed it a lot. I think this kind of warm soup would be especially nice during the colder season. The staff were really nice and tried to communicate with me even though they don’t really speak English. The restaurant itself is quite with around eight seats, so I think it’s more suitable for not very big groups.

The wagu with caviar on top was so good. Beef tongue sad thick and crunchy.

Loved our tasting menu and five Saki drinks. It was a fabulous experience. Staff and chef were great, describing and assisting on how to eat the dishes. We had so many unique bites. We enjoyed and would highly recommend if in the area or nearby town. Best overall meal start to finish that we enjoyed in Asia.

What a FUN concept! If you're planning on jumping on a sightseeing bus while in Tokyo anyway, why not enjoy it with some great sushi along the ride. I was extremely impressed by how they made this work. The sushi was made fresh downstairs and then delivered on a surprisingly secure conveyor belt along the perimeter of the bus (no flying fish!). The bus was driving relatively slow throughout Tokyo traffic and although I was sitting backwards I didn't experience any motion sickness which I normally would. The open air, beautiful sights and delicious sushi definitely helped! To top it off, the staff were welcoming and extremely enthusiastic which added another level of charm to the the whole experience. I highly recommend it especially for first-time visitors to Japan.
