This immersive pasta class with Chef Luna is designed for anyone curious about mastering traditional Italian techniques, no experience needed. You’ll learn to prepare pasta dough by hand, shape it into a variety of classic forms, and create fresh potato gnocchi from scratch, with a focus on texture, timing, and technique.


As your pasta cooks, you’ll prepare a vibrant marinara sauce using just a few high-quality ingredients: fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil. Chef Luna emphasizes simple steps with purpose, helping you understand not just what to do, but why it works. What You’ll Experience

Master the essentials of Italian pasta-making in this hands-on class with Chef Luna. You’ll begin by learning how to make pasta dough from scratch using flour, eggs, olive oil, and salt. From there, dive into the foundations of shaping — from hand-cut ribbons to rolled forms and pick up techniques for kneading, resting, and cooking pasta to the right texture. You’ll also create soft, pillowy gnocchi using a blend of flour, egg, and potatoes, focusing on touch, consistency, and shaping technique. Once your pasta and gnocchi are ready, Chef Luna will guide you through preparing a fresh marinara sauce made from ripe tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and basil. The result is a plate of thoughtfully prepared, well-balanced dishes you’ll be proud to enjoy and recreate on your own.
