You’ll start by combining flour, eggs, and olive oil to create pasta dough, then practice rolling, shaping, and cutting the dough into thick, ribbon-like pappardelle. Chef Roxy will share time-honored techniques and expert tips to help you get that perfect texture and shape.


Next, simmer a fragrant pomodoro sauce with garlic, onions, and herbs, then toss your fresh pasta in and top it all off with crumbled feta cheese for a bold and creamy finish.
