+16 photosIt was a fun and educational experience. Trying different preparations of seafood that we had never experienced. Our guide was very pleasant and helpful explaining the dishes and what was used in the preparation. A beautiful day for a walk around the city sampling the fresh seafood. Our only suggestion would be to not eat too much before the tour. So glad we did this tour, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had a thoroughly fantastic time with our guide Cinthya. All the food was scrumptious. We really enjoyed learning about the local street food dining habits - what was eaten when and why - we came away with the feeling we learned a lot about La Paz. One of the best food tours we have been on.
Cinthia did a very good job explaining food, culture and context of the the food we ate and the people here in La Paz. She explained each food well and why we were sampling it. She had a nice easygoing nature that fit well with our group.
Our tour was great! Interacting with our group in both Spanish and English, our guide was grounded and good company, allowing for flexibility and a greatly enjoyable tour. Thanks Cinthia— our guide.
Such incredible food. But the real delight was our guide. After this tour experience I am changing my name to Cinthia. Maybe even my religion. I am a Cithian now.
