After we got all ingredients on Green Market, we ll had to my kitchen and terrace in heart of Split.

We 'll cook, talk, eat, drink...good food in good mood.

I try to introduce to you Specific taste of Dalmatian cuisine, based on simple blend of aromas, flavours.

And also explaine you a bit off history of Dalmatian cuisine and how were recipes "travel" true time and space.

What You’ll Experience

I love sharing the passion I have for Dalmatian (Coastal Croatian)traditional cuisine. After we got all ingredients on Green market, we'll head to my kitchen and terrace in heart of Split. Try to introduce yours specific taste based on simple blend ingredients, without additives and other nasty poisons,.Almost like a game we will harmonise flavours, aromas and textures in Buzara, Sea food Pates...Prosciutto cooked in red wine, Dried figs with skate cream...I'll show you have to balance, sometimes improvise, going overboard in traditional Dalmatian cuisine. You will also try home made Rakija (wellcome drink), wine , Home made liquors (walnuts, carob..) So we will cook, eat, drink and have a good time!
