Experience Details
Our vineyards, averaging 30 to 50 years old, are cultivated using the traditional Pergola Veronese and Guyot (Filare Speronato) methods.
Every step of our winemaking process is done with care and dedication, ensuring that all vineyard operations are carried out manually, from pruning to natural fertilization, with patience and deep respect for nature.
The experience includes a guided tour of the vineyards and cellar, where you will discover the winemaking process from vine to bottle. To complete the journey, enjoy a tasting of 3 or 5 carefully selected wines, each reflecting the unique character and tradition of Valpolicella.

Good To Know
- Free for kids (0-17) and for who do not drinks wine: you will pay only the food you will order for them, at the meeting point
- You will be able to take cutting boards of top cured meats and cheese on the spot, at the cost of 5 euros per person
- Please note that the cellar is not in Verona. You should go there with car or with taxi (20 min from Verona)
- We can provide transfer from the Winery to Verona, ask for the service at your arrive
- Spanish, French and German languages available, on request some days in advance
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
