Jean-Yves, is a professional chef and winner of the 2012 edition of MasterChef France. Nestled in a converted wine cellar near Le Marais, indulge in a 4-course dinner with a subtle combination of French and Asian flavors that will surprise your palate.
You will enjoy dishes such as slow-cooked duck filet, Indian chicken rolls in rice paper, tapioca ravioli paste with tahi shrimps and Vietnamese chestnuts, and his award-winning homemade macarons.
Jean-Yves' attention to detail is second to none, and he loves to engage in conversation with his guests. He will even share his recipes with you upon request!
