Amazing Instructor

I thoroughly enjoyed this couscous cooking experience and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet. The class lasted around 90 minutes and struck a great balance between being informative and hands-on. The instructor explained each step clearly and shared not just the recipe itself, but also the reasoning behind different cooking techniques. We want to be back

All very well organised, Safe trip with a young lovely driver to managed to use AI for live conversation. New clean car. Wonderful couple, plenty of stories, the way how its cooked as well. Unfortunately we did not make any photos, only coffee, cos focus on speedy eating such tasty couscous. You need to be proud!!!

Authentic meal cooked by local lady

We were served a lovely chicken harrisa couscous in a local ladies home. We got to speak via Google with her children and there was lots of laughter. I had thought we might make couscous or see it being cooked but it was just a meal in a remote roadside cafe. Felt special to be able to eat real deal local meal.
