This is a slow-paced experience, great for families, those who know little, but also for wine connoisseurs that want to discover wines from Abruzzo. Based on your location, I'll pick a winery on the hills of Teramo and we will meet at the vineyard and start the slow visit to the winery taking the time to discover the secrets of each winemaker and their philosophy. One visit will last at least 3 hours. We will meet the owners who will show us their winery, vineyards, cellar and will share the history of the family over the past centuries. After an introduction about the history of the winery, we will visit the technical installations, ending with an explanation about the ageing process. Guided by the owners and advised by their expertise, we will then start the wine tasting including 4 different local grapes. I will also guide you through the steps of a proper tasting. The tastings are always accompanied by fresh bread & organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. *Additional visit to other wineries can be arranged upon request for an extra fee (Special requirements, visit to specific wineries and wine pairing can be arranged upon request) *Transport can be arranged for a fee
