We begin the evening portion of our experience with a peaceful, scenic stroll through Friendship Park 2, one of Addis Ababa’s newest and most spectacular urban green spaces. As the sun begins to set, you will walk along beautifully manicured flower belts and riverside trails, marveling at the hundreds of indigenous Ethiopian trees. Under the soft glow of the evening park lights, we will visit the scenic artificial lake and, if running, watch the dazzling dancing water fountains. It is a safe, serene, and incredibly photogenic oasis right in the heart of the capital. This relaxing walk is the perfect way to unwind, stretch your legs, and capture some beautiful photos of Addis Ababa before we head out to enjoy our traditional dinner show and live Ethio-Jazz

Next, we dive straight into the vibrant heart of Ethiopian culinary culture at the legendary Totot Traditional Food Hall. Designed like a classic Ethiopian cultural estate, this sprawling, energetic venue is a feast for all five senses. Here, you will gather around a traditional woven Mesob table to share a massive, authentic Ethiopian buffet. You'll have the chance to sample signature delicacies like Kitfo, freshly baked Kocho, and classic stews served on fresh, spongy Injera—all paired with traditional Tej (Ethiopian honey wine) or local beers. As you dine, the hall comes alive with the hypnotic sounds of live traditional instruments like the Masinko (one-stringed violin) and Kebero drums. You will watch incredible, high-energy live performances of regional dances from across Ethiopia, including the mesmerizing, fast-paced shoulder-shaking dance known as Eskesta. It is a safe, joyous, and deeply immersive cultural feast!
