My name is Lola and I turned my hobby into a stimulating project. I have a wonderful space within a market which provides me with the freshest products. It's an open space where the kitchen adjoins the dining room and is perfect for the cook and guests to sit together, enjoy a meal and drink good wine.

What You’ll Experience

Do you want to learn how to make the best Spanish Tapas from a professional chef? You've come to the right place. Lola's tapas cooking class is a fun and educational experience. Not only will you learn to cook some traditional Spanish dishes but you'll also learn more about the history and traditions of Madrid and feel free to practice your Spanish. At the end of the class, you'll have time to enjoy your tapas along with drinks and stimulating conversation. The menu depends on the season and on Lola's inspiration but there's no doubt you're going to enjoy it. Bring good vibes and come hungry!
