Good To Know
- We offer roundtrip transportation from selected hotels exclusively for our guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance. (Hotels only)
- Pick-up times may vary depending on your hotel location; we will confirm the exact time 46 hrs or 24 hrs before the day of your tour.
- The tour takes 4 hours + 2 to 3 hours of one-way transportation and fly to your hotel, the distance will depend on your hotel
- The activity starts at 9:00 am. Pick up at your hotel starts approximately one hour before the start of the activity
- For security reasons, cell phones, cameras and GoPro are not allowed during interaction with camels.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

We pick you up in the main lobby of your hotel. The driver will call your name and ask for official identification of the person in whose name the reservation is in order to board the transport.
You can identify us by our uniform: coffee shorts and blue polo shirt. Be ready 5 minutes before pickup. At large resorts, wait in the designated tour pickup area.
