+45 photosAfter completing 8 walking food tours over the last month in India, we certainly agree that this one was by far the best. Our guide (Ram from Planet Amritsar) was very informative, genuinely interested and the food was fantastic. On our own we would not have found the hidden gems that we visited. We would certainly highly recommend this tour or any other tours offered by Ram and Planet Amritsar.
This is a good thing to do when visiting Amritsar. Our guide Ram met us and took us on a walking tour of the old city stopping along the way to try local delicious and tell us the history of the food and city. It was an easy walk, we were well fed and Ram made answered all of our questions about the food, city and culture of the region. Highly recommended.

Really good food tour around the side streets of the old city. The guide Ram was excellent and took time to tell us history of the city and answer our questions. Only recommendation is that although different 2 meals are practically the same just different breads. 10/10 thankyou
We had the best experiences! We booked the food tour initially, and were so impressed not only by the food but the knowledge of the area and history of the food was truly amazing! we were so impressed we booked another tour, the golden temple tour, it was again so incredible we learned so much we never would of learned without a guide Both tours were great but only cause of our guide Ram Singh, great English and so passionate about his work!
