Join Chef Ash for a unique 3-course dining experience curated to showcase the best of Jamaican cuisine with a side of laughter, great conversations and new connections with the other guests around the dining table. You can choose from the standard menu, a vegan-friendly set menu, or request accommodations for halal and kosher diets. Between the courses, Chef Ash will guide you through the menu and Jamaican food culture so can delight your palate while learning about food from the island that gave us Bob Marley and Usain Bolt. Professional wine pairings have been selected for each course and a selection of Jamaican cocktails, mocktails and homemade soft drinks are available to accompany your meal.
