Good To Know

• Dutch weather can change quickly. If a short rain shower passes by, we provide umbrellas whenever possible and cruises usually continue as planned. On sunny days we also offer umbrellas to create shade, allowing you to enjoy the cruise comfortably without sitting in direct sunlight.
• Choose the cruise that suits you best: Unlimited Drinks, 2 Drinks Included or our classic Canal Cruise. Guests aged 18 and over are welcome to enjoy beer and wine, while we happily serve unlimited soft drinks to everyone. Cheers responsibly!
• Every cruise includes a passionate local live guide who brings Amsterdam's history to life with fascinating stories, hidden gems and fun facts. Feel free to ask questions throughout the cruise—we love interacting with our guests.
• Every cruise is unique. The itinerary shown is an example only and may vary due to canal traffic, events, weather conditions or instructions from local authorities. Our captains always choose the most enjoyable route available.
• During summer we normally operate our luxury open boats. During colder months or bad weather we may use one of our comfortable covered boats with heated seating, ensuring a wonderful Amsterdam Canal Cruise in every season.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome on board whenever possible. As space on our luxury small boats is shared with other guests, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance so we can ensure everyone has a comfortable experience.

• Unlike the large sightseeing boats, we cruise with small groups aboard luxury boats, creating a relaxed atmosphere with personal attention and plenty of opportunities to interact with your live guide.
• Our departure dock is located in front of the H'ART Museum (formerly the Hermitage Museum), Amstel 51F. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before departure to ensure a relaxed boarding experience.
• One of the few luxury open boats in Amsterdam with an onboard toilet. Especially convenient during our Unlimited Drinks cruise, so you can simply relax and enjoy the experience from start to finish.
• To keep the experience enjoyable for everyone, all our cruises are completely non-smoking. Guests who wish to smoke are welcome to do so before boarding or after the cruise.
• Our live guide speaks English and Dutch. Guests who prefer another language can follow along using our digital route guide, available via QR code on board.
• Children are very welcome on board when accompanied by an adult. Our relaxed atmosphere makes this cruise enjoyable for guests of all ages.
