We will pick up coffee from our favorite coffee shop in Antigua owned by a local family. Right after we pick up the coffee we will walk next door to the Doña Luisa Xicontecatl Bakery and Pastry Shop opened its doors in February 1978. It began selling products that were new to most Guatemalans. These include whole wheat bread, grain bread, cinnamon raisins, carrot cake and banana bread. We will have the delicious banana bread and also share a very interesting story of Luisa Xicontecatl and the house where the facility is located.
