Discover Athens through its flavors, stories, and traditions on an authentic food and cultural experience led by Eleni, a PhD researcher in Cultural and Gastronomic Tourism. More than a food tour, this immersive journey reveals the culinary heritage, history, and everyday life of Athens through local eyes.

Stroll through historic neighborhoods, lively markets, and hidden gems while meeting passionate vendors, artisan producers, and family-run businesses. Enjoy 10–12 carefully selected Greek tastings, including traditional specialties, seasonal products, local wines, and regional flavors that showcase the richness of Greek cuisine.

Learn the stories behind every dish, explore centuries-old traditions, and discover how food has shaped Greek culture and identity.
