UNCENSORED Restaurant is a concept created by Marvin Gauci, multi-award-winning restaurateur, Ambassador for Maltese Gastronomy.


This time he invites us to a unique chef’s degustation to a hidden room, where we are surrounded by a 360° audio-visual video show and authentic music, that connects us to the native roots of the showcased destinations.

We can taste the flavours of multiple countries in one single night, starting from the indigenous country of Hungary through Europe all the way to Russia, Asia, and even as far as South America. The night offers an original gastronomic concept, where we enter through secret doors, a speakeasy sensation that takes us through the unique journey to "Taste the World Uncensored!"
