Have you ever wondered how an authentic Chinese dumplings tastes like? How would people make them at home? Now, you have the opportunity of joining me in our large beautiful home and spacious kitchen to make delicious Chinese Dumplings. As many successful dishes, there are certain techniques, secret ingredients that make dishes special and tastes good. The recipes passed in my family for generations. We are all foodies in our family, I am extremely passionate about making delicious meals and sharing my knowledge with others, so they can enjoy the delicious meals made by themselves. Cooking is about love and having fun - my cooking theme is (Cook, Eat, Drink and HAVE Fun!!) I would show you step by step of making dumplings, you will be provided with apron, cutting board, knife and you have hands on experience. I will show you the key ingredients of making the dumping fillings and explain the secrets, also show you the cutting, chopping techniques that would make difference in the taste . After we make and cook the dumplings, you would enjoy your hand made Chinese dumplings!

Spectacular experience

It felt like visiting a friend you haven’t seen in a long time. Jinni was warm and friendly. She talked about her childhood with her grandmother and how she learned to cook. She explained every step in clear steps, and then showed us what she meant. She explained why things are done in a certain way and the importance of that process. She answered all our questions. Amazing fun time

From the time we walked in the door, we were treated like family. The class was very fun, informative and the finished food was amazing. We are so happy that we did this class and would love to do another.

Awesome Date Night

The moment you submit your date for the class, Jinni does an amazing job of communicating making sure the experience goes super smooth. Once there, Jinni is super welcoming! Immediately bringing the smiles and laughs. The class itself is super informative and anyone can do it. Even if you struggle at first, do not be afraid to ask for help. Overall, we had a great time. Definitely Recommend!

Jinni was a wonderful and...

Jinni was a wonderful and accommodating host! There was 2 couples there, so definitely a small setting. You get to experience the hospitality part when you first get there as she makes you one of her favorite dishes and you chat with one another. Then, she starts the learning process and teaches you how to make the dumplings. Then, you get walked through the process of making them, and then the best part, you eat!! We also each got to take home a few leftovers that we didn't eat.

Fun Experience

This experience was amazing and we had a blast cooking with Jinni. Her knowledge of history of Chinese dumplings made the experience that much better. They tasted so good and we can’t wait to do this again in the future. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking to try or learn something new. Thanks Jinni.
