Gluttony at its best!
One of my favorite things to do on the first day visiting a new city is to do a walking food tour. This one did not disappoint, from empenadas to ceviche to king crab pie (more like a very thick chowder) to this very Chilean drink of peach syrup with barley. I also got 9K steps in so a little less guilt for how much I ate! Cristobal was a great guide!

Best food tour!
We had such a fantastic time on our food tour through downtown Santiago! It was the perfect way to experience the city’s culture through its incredible food. We sampled so many delicious and authentic Chilean dishes — from fresh empanadas and completos to traditional sweets and local drinks.
