His home offers breathtaking views of the city and a private outdoor space where you can enjoy drinks under the stars or even dine outdoors, weather permitting.

This evening will be a celebration of Neapolitan cuisine, steeped in a rich history of flavors shaped by centuries of cultural exchange. Giuseppe’s menu captures the essence of Naples, showcasing dishes that reflect the city’s storied culinary heritage. More than just a meal, this is an invitation to savor the spirit of Naples, guided by someone who knows it inside and out.

Zuppa del Giorno - Soup of the Day

Fagioli & Scarole (traditional Neapolitan soup with beans and escarole) or Lentil Soup (simply and delicious, made with family recipe)

Aperitivo- Caprese Salad or Parmigiana di Melanzane

Caprese Salad with local mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and toasted sourdough bread. Or a layered eggplant parmigiana with smoked mozzarella

Neapolitan Ragu' Pasta

Slow-cooked tomatoes sauce filled with different cuts of meat, such as pork ribs, pork sausage, beef chucks and ground beef. Rich and decadent.

This is my mom best dish. A chicken and potatoes casserole. We will spaghetti "al dente" with the chicken and crashed potatoes juice, Decadent.

DESSERT

Neapolitan "Migliaccio" or Expresso Tiramisu

Ricotta cheese and semolina flour pound cake or mascarpone cream filled cup, that will be topped with fresh made coffee, Moka, and ladyfinger cookie!
